Description：
According to the content of the EOSFORCE Mainnet Improvement Proposal V1.0 FIP #7, the budget committee was started to manage and organize the ecological application development. To this end, the EOSFroce team organized and developed a decentralized budget system page. It has been developed and officially launched online, and at the same time add an entry on the official website, users can jump directly to the budget system website on the official website.
Project functions
All data in the budget system will be synchronized on the chain, and everyone can log in to apply for a proposal via scatter.
Existing functions:
1. Complete interface of pre-selected system
2. Complete operation through the scatter contract
3. Apply for layout design
4. The design of each layout, including the approval, the public, the implementation, and the completion of the four stages.
5. Subsequent version maintenance and updates.
