The BPs of EOSC mainnet are going to upgrade EOSC mainnet to V1.7.0 on August 20, 2019 (UTC+8). Features of Fix-Time Voting, Decentralized Budget System, Node Monitoring and Punishment Mechanism will officially be launched after the upgrade completed.
This upgrade will have a major impact on the long-term development of EOSC mainnet. The new fix-time voting function will fully effect the BP election mechanism, and the decentralized budget system will realize the long-term sustainable development of EOSC mainnet.
