1. Tested the activation process of new functions of EOSC v1.8.0.
2. Completed the accounts freeze function passed by FIP #11, refined the process document.
3. Tested the support for EOSC snapshot.

1. Test the activation process of new functions of EOSC v1.8.0, collate the upgrade procedure document.
2. Cooperate with the community to test the account freeze process and other functions on the test network.
3. Merge the improvements of EOSC with Codex.io.
4. Improve the support for EOSC upgrade tool to simplify the upgrade to v1.8.0.
5. Improve the front-end support for the decentralized budget system.

1. 450,000 EOSC has been successfully raised on the Fundraising Campaign of EOSC Listing on Bibox.
2. EOSC has been officially listed on Bibox on September 12, 2019 (UTC+8).
3. Bibox held EOSC Listing Trade to distribute 450,000 EOSC reward.
