Dear nodes, the development of EOSC Mainnet Improvement Proposal FIP#7 has been completed. We will upgrade the mainnet V1.7.0 on August 15th, 2019 (this Thursday). The specific arrangements are as follows:
Time Period: From 14:30 on 20/8/2019 (next Tuesday) to 18:00 on 23/8/2019 (UTC+8)
Updates:
1. Add fix-time voting function
2. Add the deployment of decentralized budget system
3. Add eosio.pledge contract
4. Add nodes monitoring and punishment mechanism
5. Heartbeat mechanism optimization
6. Add query API partly
Remarks:
1. The upgrading document is provided by the development team before prior to the upgrade.
2. Upgrade order: No specific order is required. Please implement the upgrade within the specified time period.
3. For the exchanges, BP candidates, wallets and synchronizing nodes, please start the implementation after BPs have completed the upgrade.
