A great many activities have occured in the EOSForce community and mainnet over the past week. EOSForce Super Nodes held Block Producer meeting during the week, discussing the very contentious destruction of unactivated asset. Concensus was not reached due to unsettled disputes over the issue. Community and BPs will consider more variables before proposing new solutions.

Total Mainnet Transaction Count: 1,258,883 tx (a weekly increase of 28,000)
Mainnet Account Count: 576,595 (a weekly increase of 654)
Mainnet Vote Count: 115,576,188 EOSC (96.7% of the total activated EOSC)
Total Activated Genesis EOSC: 119,466,157 EOSC (a weekly increase of 1,960,735)
Activated Genesis Account Count: 2576 (a weekly increase of 60)
We have a phenomenal mainnet participation performance over the past week as 96.7% of all the activated network EOSC tokens are cast as votes in the network. This is the best participation rate so far and forany EOSIO mainnet.

Global Community Update
EOSForce mainnet super node held BP Meeting.
Super Nodes failed to reach concensus on the proposal to destruct unactivated asset on EOSForce mainnet.
November 14th, 2018. EOSForce mainnet Super Nodes held BP meeting, discussing Super Node secretary post transition progress and the proposal to destruct unactivated asset on EOSForce mainnet.
In the meeting, the first Secretary Office reported to the 23 Super Nodes. Later the 2nd Secretary Office post.
On the issue of unactivated mainnet account, BPs had deliberate discussions. JIQIX, EOSAwake, and CCBC proposed separate solutions indivdually.
CCBC Node Proposal:
About EOSForce Mainnet token destruction plan proposal
CCBC node takes into account fairness and the future of EOSForce development and makes the following proposal:
1. To protect the interest of existing community users, we propose destruct assets unactivated through private key import within the announced date.
2. Proposed announced date is 1 month.
EOSAwake Node Proposal:
1. For account with a balance over 50,000 EOSC that are still unactivated until the time of proposal, their balance up limit is universally set to 50,000. Executed 3 days from the passage of proposal.
2. For all unactivated mapping address, EOSForce mainnet adopts a deadline of 3 months. 3 months after the passage of proposal, 90% of unactivated asset is destructed and 10% is left as balance.
3. Current EOSForce mainnet BP reward is 10 EOSC/3 sec (9 EOSC to the BP and 1 EOSC to block.one). Based on the mapping destruction ratio to the whole network, this reward rate is lowered to 1 or 2 EOSC/3 sec. The account originally left for block.one goes under the management of Community Developer Foundation.

New global Block Producer blockPRO joins EOSForce mainnet
November 15, 2018, EOS global community BlockPRO basedin India/California joins the EOSForce mainnet and runs ofr Super Node election. Currently ranked 29th in the network.
The joining of BlockPRO means EOSForce achieving global recognition on a global level, after the joining of ForceUSA from the US, coinjinja from Japan and the launch of EOSForce Korean community.
EOSForce Global DAPP Developer Contest Online Roadshow Officially Concluded with over 2000 daily visitors
Co-organized by Gyro Finance and Archimist Community, EOSForce DAPP Developer Contest has officially concluded its online roadshow, with 29 teams from different fields showcasing their projects and sharing thoughts on Decentralized Applications and blockchain.
The roadshow judge panel consists of BCH senior developer Jiazhi Jiang, Founder of TAMC Jiyue Lou, Qianfeng Gu from IPFS Force, CTO of MathWallet Eric, BitForex VP Garrett Jin, and other blockchain veterans.
EOSForce DAPP Update
MathWallet has launched DAPP Contest project Finger Guess on its platform Nov 15. Users can now enter the game on MathWallet application.
Finger Guess is a project from EOSForce Global DAPP Developer Contest and a game DAPP on EOSForce mainnet. It currently only offers the PVE mode. In the PVE mode, players guess on the mora result and upload their assets onchain. The mora result is the remainder of 3 in the last two digits of the block hash. If the remainder is 0, the result is stone; 1, scissors; and 2, paper. Winners get 2x the orgininal sum. The sum from the lost party goes to the reward pool. A draw returns the money back to their owners. A 5% fee is deducted for each game as well as a 3% invitation bonus for the inviter.
