The Implementation Plan of FIP#11 Freezing Proposal Has Been Tested, And The Frozen Account List Begins to Be Publicized

EOSC community has completed testing the proposal of “freezing the remaining 20% of the unactivated account balance based on the previous lockup for 80% of the account balance” in FIP#11 on September 26, 2019 (UTC+8). The test process was smooth and the technical solution was feasible.

Meanwhile, EOSC community will publicize the list of frozen accounts from September 27, 2019 to 14:00 on October 9, 2019. After the publicity ends, the unactivated account balance will be officially frozen.
