【Title】Operations Manager of Korean Communities
Salary: 2100–2900 USD
【Job Description】
1. In charge of brand building, content management and community growth in the mainstream Korean social media
2. Plan operations strategies, event activities, and pace of brand propagation. Coordinate with product management for marketing
3. Promote the project community, effectively realize the user base development; energize and facilitate interactions with fans in the project community
4. Regularly organize community activities; design effective user incentive mechanisms to boost community activity level and convert users
5. Analyze the data from the community events and activities and plan further strategies for growth
【Job Requirement】
1. Fluent in Chinese and Korean on a professional level; have a deep understanding of the Korean blockchain space
2. Operations experience over 3 years and more than one year in the blockchain space
